Converted loads
The Converted loads analysis result shows loads that have been transferred from Cover objects to the supporting structural elements. This result helps you understand how surface-based load definitions are converted into analytical loads acting on the structure.
Converted loads are available for:
- Load cases – converted loads originating from individual load cases
- Load combinations – converted loads resulting from combined load cases
Result selection
To display Converted loads, you must select the relevant calculation context:
- select a Load case or Load combination from the result list
- the converted loads are displayed for the selected case or combination only
Only one case or combination can be shown at a time for this result type.
Result display
Converted loads use a specialised result display that is fixed for this result type. The result is visualised as arrows representing the combined load acting on the structure.

Key characteristics of the display:
- arrows indicate the magnitude and direction of the converted load
- the display includes an adjustable offset distance
- the offset allows you to clearly see where the load is converted from and where it is applied
The offset affects only the visual representation and does not influence the analysis results and does not introduce any cantilever effect or force arm.
